Ce date vor fi șterse?

  • Numele dvs.

  • Numărul de telefon

  • Adresele IP de pe care au fost plasate comenzi

  • Identificatorul unic al telefonului mobil

  • Identificatorul telefonului folosit pentru notificări tip “push”

Ce date vor fi păstrate?

Vor fi păstrate comenzile pe care le-ați efectuat, inclusiv adresa la care au fost plasate, dar datele dvs. personale din aceste comenzi vor fi șterse definitiv.
Totuși, este posibil ca datele dvs. personale să fie prezente și stocate în copiile de rezervă ale bazei de date pentru o perioadă de maxim 6 luni, la finalul căreia aceste copii de rezervă vor fi șterse automat.

Cum pot șterge contul și datele personale?

Dacă aveți instalată aplicația Taxi Barby pe telefonul mobil, urmăriți instrucțiunile de mai jos.

În cazul în care nu aveți instalată aplicația, vă rugăm să ne contactați la adresa de email:

Pentru a șterge contul, deschideți aplicația și intrați in meniu apăsând butonul din stânga sus:

După aceea, apăsați pe “Setări”:


Apăsați pe “Cont”:

Apăsați pe “Șterge contul de utilizator”:

Și confirmați că doriți ștergerea contului apăsând pe “Șterge”.

Ștergerea contului este definitivă si ireversibilă.

What data will be deleted?

  • Your name.

  • Your phone number

  • The IP addresses from which you have placed orders/li>

  • The unique identifier of your mobile phone

  • The mobile phone identifier used for “push” notifications

What data will be retained?

We will retain the orders you have placed, including the address to which they were placed, but your personal data from these orders will be permanently deleted.
However, your personal data may be present and stored in database backups for a maximum period of 6 months, at the end of which these backups will be automatically deleted.

How can I delete my account and personal data?

If you have the Taxi Barby app installed on your mobile phone, follow the instructions below.

If you do not have the app installed, please contact us at the email address:

To delete your account, open the app and enter the menu by pressing the top-left button:

Afterwards, press on “Settings”:

Press on “Account”:

Press on “Delete user account”:

Then confirm you would like to delete your account by pressing on “Delete”.

Deleting the account is permanent and irreversible.
